An Associates degree or above in computer technology, E/E, Automation, or biology/chemistry is required. Delta V or other control software experience, ability to read schematics, and customer-facing experience are pluses.
The role involves working at customer sites for installations, repairs, and consulting, along with some remote support. It is not a fully remote position and requires on-site presence.
Key responsibilities include providing installation, maintenance, repair services; leading performance metrics and customer response; completing SAT, IQ/OQ protocols; acting as main customer contact; and supporting project installations.
The role is in a laboratory setting with cleanroom requirements (no hair products, jewelry, etc.), loud noises, strong odors, hazardous materials, and PPE including safety glasses, gowning, gloves, and lab coat. Employees must be able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance.
Strong candidates are outstanding teammates who can work globally, self-motivated self-starters with strong communication skills, and have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and PC hardware.
