The Technical Field Sales Representative will build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and Richardson RFPD partners to create demand for Richardson RFPD products by proactively offering engineering and supply chain solutions, driving new opportunities, and utilizing distribution/rep/supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales. They will also manage customer accounts, schedule regular visits, gain a solid understanding of customer needs, execute on solution selling, grow profit and maximize margins, and stay updated on product knowledge and related technologies.
