Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on technology roles. Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Security Engineers, and Product/UXR professionals are required. Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and understand their needs is essential, along with experience in full-cycle recruiting processes and strategic headcount planning.
As a Talent Partner (Technology), you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to build a strong team, focusing on the R&D side of the company. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and hiring high-quality candidates, partnering with the sourcing function to build a top-of-funnel, and optimizing the recruiting process. Additionally, you will advise on strategic headcount planning and contribute to fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
