Experience in sourcing and attracting top-tier technical talent is essential, as is the ability to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to understand technical and team needs, own full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates, source passive and active candidates using various channels, build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority roles, drive a high-touch candidate experience, and utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and optimize strategies.
