Candidates should possess 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment, and proven experience recruiting for engineering, product, and/or data science roles. A strong understanding of technical roles and skills, such as ML, DevOps, and Frontend/Backend development, is required, along with exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience. A BA/BS degree is preferred.
As a Technical Recruiter at Nooks, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our engineering and product teams by building and nurturing a pipeline of top technical talent, conducting full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partnering with engineering and product leaders to understand their hiring needs, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, managing the candidate experience, and program managing university recruiting events to attract top university talent. Additionally, you will maintain recruiting metrics and communicate progress to the engineering team and leadership.
