The Technical Recruiter will manage the entire candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer negotiations, and collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to deliver a streamlined hiring process. They will also build diverse talent pipelines, maintain accurate pipeline data, coordinate with HR and IT for onboarding, conduct reference checks, and implement new recruiting strategies to improve outreach and engagement.
