Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry, with a preference for experience supporting GTM functions. They should have proven sourcing and candidate engagement skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions independently, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. Prior experience as a contract or embedded recruiter is considered a plus, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, or HireEZ, and an understanding of SaaS go-to-market structures.

Responsibilities

The Contract GTM Recruiter will own 5–7 active GTM roles, managing the complete recruitment cycle from initial intake to offer delivery, collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies. They will source and engage passive talent through various channels, coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a consistently high-quality candidate experience while maintaining regular communication with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
