Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years of in-house experience within a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS or tech scale-up environment. They should have a proven track record of hiring for technical roles, particularly software engineers, and be comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams such as Compensation, People Ops, and HRBPs. A data-driven mindset and the ability to juggle priorities and maintain organization are essential.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle hiring for a range of technical roles, including engineering, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, proactively sourcing top-tier candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, owning the end-to-end hiring process, creating a proactive pipeline for high-volume roles, championing an unforgettable candidate experience, maintaining accurate ATS data, and using data to inform decisions. They will also get to know HackerOne inside-out and serve as an ambassador for the company's mission and culture, while periodically attending in-person events for team collaboration.
