Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle hiring for a range of technical roles, including engineering, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, proactively sourcing top-tier candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, owning the end-to-end hiring process, creating a proactive pipeline for high-volume roles, championing an unforgettable candidate experience, maintaining accurate ATS data, and using data to inform decisions. They will also get to know HackerOne inside-out and serve as an ambassador for the company's mission and culture, while periodically attending in-person events for team collaboration.
