Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience. A willingness to work on-site at the Hanover, MD office is required, along with experience in a metrics-driven, preferably commission-earning environment. Candidates should possess competitiveness and a high level of motivation for financial success, as well as the ability to meet and surpass minimum weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity goals. A willingness to utilize networking and referrals for recruiting is also necessary.
The Technical Recruiter will source candidates for open positions using various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Indeed. They will post jobs through the Applicant Tracking System, review applicants, and screen for technical fit. The role involves managing the full recruiting life cycle, including submitting candidates to hiring managers, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating salaries, checking references, and assisting with onboarding. The recruiter must maintain a high level of production-related candidate outreach and recruitment activity.
