Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a combination of agency and in-house roles, and demonstrate strong knowledge of software engineering roles, functions, and market dynamics. They should have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools, such as Greenhouse and Gem, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple open roles while maintaining a high-quality bar.
The Technical Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. They will develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, own and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintain accurate data in Greenhouse, utilize tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter, and collaborate with the broader People team on headcount planning and onboarding.
