Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and G&A positions across the company in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Operate as a strategic hiring partner to hiring managers and executives that helps define hiring criteria, calibrate the role, and make confident hiring decisions
  • Deliver an exceptional and genuine candidate experience that conveys our employee value proposition and enables candidates to make an informed decision about joining our team
  • Review applications in Ashby (ATS) + source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry networks
  • Schedule interviews, support onsite interviews, and coordinate with our scheduling team
  • Extend offers according to our compensation philosophy and policies
  • Lead and develop our university recruiting initiatives
