Candidates need 2+ years of proven track record in technical recruiting, demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting, excellence in candidate experience and closing, strategic mindset and ability to partner with senior leadership, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Atomic Semi is building a small, fast semiconductor fab with a small team of exceptional, hands-on engineers across mechanical, electrical, hardware, computer, and process disciplines. The team is optimistic about the future, believes in pushing technology limits, and values building everything themselves in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate can independently execute full life cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering skill sets at pace with minimal ramp and operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates. Experience with startup equity discussions is a nice-to-have.
