As a Technical Recruiter, you will report to the Technical Recruiting Manager and support hiring across Engineering, Trading, and IT departments. You will be a full-cycle recruiting expert focused on closing candidates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, while building a robust pipeline of talent. You will serve as the primary liaison for hiring managers, developing pipelines of rare talent and guiding them through our rigorous hiring process. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Technical hiring managers to support their growth objectives.
  • Ensure hiring goals and exceptionally high quality standards are met in a sustainable and diligent manner.
  • Contribute to sourcing a rich pipeline of rare technical talent.
  • Manage the offer process and develop effective closing strategies.
  • Own the candidate experience, ensuring it is positive and memorable, even for candidates who are not hired.
  • Maintain and improve a high-performance recruiting process focused on delivering outstanding quality of hire efficiently and with organization.
  • Develop and share institutional knowledge and insights regarding talent markets and effective recruiting practices and content for Voleon.
  • Lead various projects aimed at improving our recruiting efforts overall.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of top technical talent.
  • Excellent client management skills with a history of developing customized, consultative relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process improvement, and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content.
  • Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree (a plus).
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $140,000 (This range is subject to various factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits.)
