About the Opportunity

Jerry.ai is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Lead Technical Recruiter with early-to-mid stage startup experience to join our growing team. You will report directly to a co-founder and partner closely with senior leaders to manage complex and critical searches across technical functions, including executive hiring. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for mid-to-senior level searches, including executive leadership hiring, across various business areas such as product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, and creative production.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies that align with our teams' growth needs.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the recruiting team.
  • Continuously review, reflect on, and iterate our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficient use of team time without compromising quality.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience focused on product and engineering roles, with a demonstrated progression in the complexity of searches managed.
  • Prior experience recruiting at a fast-growth startup, particularly in product management, product design, or business operations, is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in a high-velocity, output-driven, and demanding environment.
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
