About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Contract-to-Hire Lead Technical Recruiter with early-to-mid stage startup experience to join our growing team. Reporting directly to one of our co-founders, you will partner closely with senior leaders to run our most complex and critical searches across technical functions, including executive hiring. You will also mentor and coach junior team members as we continue to grow.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches, including executive leadership hiring, across various business areas such as:
    • Product Management
    • Software Engineering
    • Data Science
    • Product Design/Research
    • Creative Production
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies that meet our teams' ongoing growth needs.
  • Mentor and support junior team members within the recruiting department.
  • Continuously review, reflect on, and iterate our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficient use of team time without compromising quality.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience focused on product and engineering roles, with a demonstrated progression in the complexity of searches managed.
  • Prior experience recruiting at a fast-growth startup, particularly in product management, product design, or business operations, is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven, and demanding environment.
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
