The Senior Recruiter should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in a professional services or technology environment. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They will complete a detailed job scope conversation, review applicants, build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates via various methods, generate targeted lists, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software, provide tailored value propositions, prepare candidates for interviews, and ensure timely updates to candidates. Additionally, they will conduct phone interviews, navigate difficult conversations, compare candidates with requisition specifications, and consider factors related to candidate fit to team and culture.
