The Lead Recruiter will own and execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing, for technical and business roles. They will design and deploy AI-powered recruiting systems, lead strategic intake meetings, champion structured assessments, build talent pipelines, drive offer negotiations, create recruiting dashboards, and optimize recruiting processes and technology to improve efficiency and quality.
