• Maintain an Average Time to Hire ≤ X days (depending on role and seniority).

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for hiring goals.
• Own hiring pipelines end-to-end for top priority roles.
• Galvanize stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
• Drive key insights resulting in solutions that improve our hiring processes.
• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing.
• Use creative channels to find top talent for a given role.

Requirements

Role-Agnostic:

Role-Specific:

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or business-strategy role (e.g., management consulting, startup generalist, etc.).

  • Executive presence to lead and close leadership-level candidates.
  • Builds (including sourcing) high-quality pipelines across multiple disciplines.
  • Evaluates talent rigorously and accurately.
  • Clearly communicates candidate profiles and scorecards.
• Critical Thinking:
  • Thrives in evolving and ambiguous environments.
  • Pattern matches and can drive differentiated insights.
  • Curious and experimental in finding solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Between $128,000 and $160,000, based on job-related factors like skills, education, and experience.
• Equity: Stock options in CoinTracker.
