Salary: $128,000 - $160,000 (plus equity and benefits)

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for hiring goals.
- Own hiring pipelines end-to-end for top priority roles.
- Galvanize stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
- Drive key insights resulting in solutions that improve our hiring processes.
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing.
- Use creative channels to find top talent for a given role.
Requirements
Role-Agnostic:

Role-Specific:
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or business-strategy role (e.g., management consulting, startup generalist, etc.).

- Executive presence to lead and close leadership-level candidates.
- Builds (including sourcing) high-quality pipelines across multiple disciplines.
- Evaluates talent rigorously and accurately.
- Clearly communicates candidate profiles and scorecards.
- Critical Thinking:
- Thrives in evolving and ambiguous environments.
- Pattern matches and can drive differentiated insights.
- Curious and experimental in finding solutions.
- Listen-first approach to communicating, including the ability to take feedback.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Between $128,000 and $160,000, based on job-related factors like skills, education, and experience.
- Equity: Stock options in CoinTracker.
