Requirements

Responsibilities

The Technical Recruiter will partner directly with engineering leadership to manage searches for various engineering roles, including product, infrastructure, and AI. They will drive top-of-funnel activities through strategic sourcing, targeting high-caliber engineers, and conducting in-depth assessments of technical fluency and product sensibility. Responsibilities include building trust with candidates by representing Linear's culture, maintaining a fast-paced and transparent hiring process, and continuously refining recruitment strategies based on market conditions and candidate quality. The role also involves ensuring data integrity in the ATS and keeping hiring partners informed.
