  • Collaboration: works closely with sourcers and cross-functional partners to align hiring priorities and deliver results
  • Proficient in modern ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse Sourcing Automation) and comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted recruiting workflows
  • Bonus: experience with employer branding or university recruiting initiatives such as career fairs or early talent programs

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles, from intake to offer close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
  • Collaborate with sourcers to drive high-quality top-of-funnel activity and ensure consistent pipeline health
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our team’s values and fast-paced environment
  • Build and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across roles
  • Track and analyze pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and inform hiring strategy
  • Contribute to ad hoc talent initiatives, including employer branding, university outreach, and career fair events
