Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with full-cycle recruiting expertise, ideally with a blend of in-house and agency experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience specifically within the apparel industry and a proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to management positions. Strong sourcing skills, familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools, excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential. Proficiency in utilizing the latest technology, including AI, is a must, as is experience with talent mapping. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in an extremely fast-paced environment, along with strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail, is also required. Global hiring experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for merchandising and sourcing roles in apparel and home. Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world-class teams and continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. Set up, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
