Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their live eShops, ensuring ongoing support, performance, and evolution of their digital platforms
Manage incoming requests and prioritize tasks such as bug fixes, improvements, and feature rollouts, balancing urgency, effort, and business impact
Translate client needs into clear technical specifications, collaborating closely with developers to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions
Plan and oversee the delivery of new features and technical improvements, from estimation and scheduling to deployment and post-release checks
Delegate tasks effectively based on the strengths and availability of team members while ensuring optimal use of resources
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Creative, Analytics, Digital Marketing) to ensure proposed solutions align with broader business goals
Monitor project progress using tools like ClickUp, ensuring timelines, effort, and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards
Provide clear and proactive communication to clients about task status, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
Ensure documentation is kept up to date, covering implemented features, known issues, and customizations per client
Identify recurring pain points and propose scalable process or technical solutions to improve client experience and internal efficiency
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ClickUp AI) to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support decision-making in daily workflows
Foster a cooperative team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing across all levels of seniority
