Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their live eShops, ensuring ongoing support, performance, and evolution of their digital platforms
  • Manage incoming requests and prioritize tasks such as bug fixes, improvements, and feature rollouts, balancing urgency, effort, and business impact
  • Translate client needs into clear technical specifications, collaborating closely with developers to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions
  • Plan and oversee the delivery of new features and technical improvements, from estimation and scheduling to deployment and post-release checks
  • Delegate tasks effectively based on the strengths and availability of team members while ensuring optimal use of resources
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Creative, Analytics, Digital Marketing) to ensure proposed solutions align with broader business goals
  • Monitor project progress using tools like ClickUp, ensuring timelines, effort, and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Provide clear and proactive communication to clients about task status, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date, covering implemented features, known issues, and customizations per client
  • Identify recurring pain points and propose scalable process or technical solutions to improve client experience and internal efficiency
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ClickUp AI) to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support decision-making in daily workflows
  • Foster a cooperative team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing across all levels of seniority
