Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of technical writing, product writing, or UX writing experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail, especially when working in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Copywriting, editing, and content management of existing portfolio at multiple touchpoints
  • Partnering with Brand Strategy, Insights, Scientific Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs to strengthen communication
  • Developing and deploying messaging hierarchy across product packaging experience
  • Expanding label copy into supporting communications for OLLY.com and online retailers
  • Writing and editing long-form educational blog articles
  • End-to-end management and maintenance of Label Specification Documents, Digital Copy Library & Messaging Guardrails databases
  • Proofreading, reviewing, and approving mechanical files for print
  • Attending weekly project status meetings, representing the Creative Dept and serving as a decision-maker
  • Working cross-functionally with eCom, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Affairs, and Brand Strategy teams
  • Problem-solving communication challenges
