Requirements

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will coordinate engineering execution and operations hand-offs to meet schedule, cost, and performance objectives, establish clear objectives by working closely with product managers and technical leads, define project plans including milestones and timelines, estimate and allocate resources, and drive timely, high-quality, critical decisions regarding integrated hardware, software, and systems engineering efforts. They will also communicate with excellence, ensuring stakeholders are aware of status and milestones, empower the team by removing obstacles and fostering effective processes, and oversee the curation and creation of technical documentation to ensure engineering outputs are properly delivered to customer organizations, including RTM packages, Work Instructions, and Flight Manuals.
