Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a software development environment, with experience in technical products and a strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to articulate technical and project concepts to varied audiences, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are essential. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar, a collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail are also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will act as the primary program lead for customers, orchestrating complex project planning, coordinating cross-functional resources, and ensuring the successful execution of data exchange solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with customers and technical teams to design and deliver solutions, owning project scope, timelines, and milestones, building customer-facing training documentation, conducting testing, and becoming a product expert. The role also involves providing regular project status updates, facilitating communication between teams, identifying and navigating organizational bottlenecks, mitigating risks, escalating issues, and maintaining project documentation. Additionally, the role requires contributing to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
