Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 1 year of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry and at least 1 year of project management experience. Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP, as well as PowerPoint and SharePoint/Teams, is required. Strong communication, relationship cultivation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is also necessary. Experience working in an Agile environment within the healthcare industry and a background in Data Analysis are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Interoperability Strategic Platforms will manage key components of strategic solutions for electronic clinical data exchange. This role involves collaborating with Interoperability product owners to deliver solutions for emerging business needs, developing project plans, tracking milestones, and assessing risks. Responsibilities include process mapping, discovery activities to understand business workflows and pain points, gathering program-related data for decision-making, analyzing large datasets to identify opportunities and value, and managing stakeholder engagement, communications, and meetings.
