The Technical Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale software projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements. They will demonstrate leadership in managing cross-functional programs from start to finish, establishing program management frameworks and processes, and optimizing development and release processes. The role involves forging robust partnerships across engineering, product management, and other teams, employing effective communication to influence decisions and manage stakeholder expectations. They will also craft and oversee comprehensive project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and adapting to ambiguity and complex problems in an evolving landscape. Finally, they will be able to break down complex technical problems into small, release-able, user-valuable features in collaboration with the engineering lead(s) and explain complex ideas simply & tailor them to the audience.
