We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale software projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale software projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing cross-functional programs from start to finish, ensuring seamless orchestration.
  • Establish program management frameworks and processes for managing and tracking deliverables.
  • Optimize development and release processes by implementing best practices and tools, aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Forge robust partnerships across engineering, product management, and other teams, employing effective communication to influence decisions and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Craft and oversee comprehensive project plans, detailing milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Feel comfortable working with ambiguity and dealing with complex problems in an evolving landscape.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably within a software development setting in a tech company.
  • Background in technical fields or previous development experience.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multifaceted projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to break down complex technical problems into small, release-able, user-valuable features in collaboration with the engineering lead(s).
  • Ability to explain complex ideas simply & tailor them to the audience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
