Turing is seeking a Technical Partnership Manager to join their fulfillment partnership team. This role focuses on sourcing and matching high-quality talent with requirements from Turing’s two main business lines: Turing AGI Advancement and Turing Intelligence. Requirements

  • Technical understanding of job requirements:
    • Analyze and synthesize technical job requirements into clear, actionable briefs for partners.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, suggest improvements to the technical tests and job descriptions.
  • Strategic partner acquisition:
    • Develop new partner channels by identifying untapped markets and vendors.
  • Improvement of existing partner management:
    • Set up a performance management system to monitor partner quality and define clear milestones for their journey from new to gold partner.
    • Improve recruitment throughput, quality, margins, and reduce Time-to-Fill (TAT) to fulfill roles.
    • Lower interview no-shows to reduce the cost of hiring.
    • Oversee the partner lifecycle, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular partner meetings to improve partner Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), including understanding feedback on talent performance, market intelligence, and resolving system blockers.
