The Technical Partnership Manager will develop new partner channels, oversee the partner lifecycle including performance management and continuous improvement, coordinate regular partner meetings to gather feedback and address blockers, and improve recruitment throughput, quality, margins, and reduce time-to-fill for roles. They will also lower interview no-shows to reduce hiring costs and oversee the partner lifecycle to ensure ongoing performance improvements.
