Auctane is seeking Partnership Managers to own and develop relationships with key marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. This role involves creating strategies to maximize merchant use of Auctane brands, driving mutual value for Auctane and its partners.

About the Team

The Partnerships team focuses on revenue growth and product innovation through strategic alliances and ecosystem development, emphasizing sustainable relationships and a strong say:do ratio.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Devise and execute strategies with partners focusing on product engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Partner Development: Gain deep understanding of partner objectives and products to identify growth opportunities, anticipate needs, and resolve challenges.
  • Partner Activation: Coordinate training and onboarding for new partners, communicating the partnership's value proposition internally.
  • Program Management: Manage all aspects of partner success, including joint business plans, quarterly business reviews, and continuous optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and legal teams to execute partnerships.
  • Operational Rigor: Utilize a data-driven approach, focusing on leading indicators and making informed decisions.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build trust with partners through consistent communication, data-driven insights, and excellent execution.
  • Culture Builder: Contribute to Auctane's values, culture, and future vision with a team-first mentality and critical thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous partner development and/or partner management experience
  • Experience driving partnerships in the eCommerce industry
