Requirements

Technical expertise in energy efficiency projects, including HVAC/Mechanical, Renewable Energy, and Lighting
Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams, including engineers and preconstruction specialists
Strong operational excellence in planning, viability assessment, value engineering, O&M planning, execution, and delivery
Proficiency in overseeing O&M and M&V design for accurate data capture and billing
Ability to define and monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement
Experience in cost estimation validation, RFP processes, project budgets, financial forecasts, and risk assessments
Skills in resource allocation, workload prioritization, and stakeholder escalation resolution
Customer-centric leadership with collaboration across Sales Solutions, Proposal Development, Strategic Sourcing, and Delivery PMs
Passion for sustainability, energy savings, and business growth in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to develop and plan delivery of high-impact energy efficiency projects
Oversee O&M and M&V design to ensure Customer Care success, accurate data in RedaptiveOne Platform, and customer billing
Align program execution with strategic business goals, customer expectations, and financial targets
Serve as escalation point for operational and technical challenges, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
Define and monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across technical operations
Supervise HVAC/Mechanical, Renewable Energy, and Lighting technical operations teams for high-quality project development and proposals
Implement scalable best practices for audits, design reviews, specification reviews, and quality assurance with internal and third-party partners
Collaborate with Sales Solutions, Proposal Development, and Strategic Sourcing to meet customer requirements, supplier readiness, and geographic coverage
Prioritize engineering workloads and manage resource allocation to meet timelines and quality standards
Oversee review and validation of third-party cost estimates for ECM projects, aligning with scope and budget
Collaborate with program development and sourcing teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
Support development of project budgets, financial forecasts, and risk assessments for handover to Delivery PMs
Track costs during execution and make adjustments to stay within budget
Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses aligned with company capabilities
