Responsibilities
Supervise and train maintenance personnel in the upkeep of existing equipment and the installation of new equipment
Plan and direct engineering and maintenance activities for a work shift
Focus on meeting standards for quality, productivity, downtime, and defects
Provide problem solving expertise and root cause analysis to Operations
Execute predictive and preventative PM programs
Direct and deploy technical resources to repair or maintain equipment
Build mastery level skills in advanced technicians, advanced technical skills in equipment owners, and basic technical and trouble-shooting skills in all technicians
Ensure technical documentation, PMs, and spares for department equipment and systems are identified and in place
Create necessary PMs and SOPs to properly maintain equipment and enable resources to execute work
Provide technical expertise and guidance to technical resources within a department
Collaborate with Area Leaders, Process Engineers, and Coordinators in the development of work plans that maximize sanitation and startup effectiveness and efficiency
Administrator of timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll approval processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
