Job Summary: This Technical Implementation Consultant role is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team, which focuses on customer engagement within Granicus’ Digital Services. The IS team partners with government agencies to enhance how they support their communities through strategic experience management. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be an expert on the AMANDA platform and a critical partner in the successful rollout of projects across North America. This customer-focused leadership role involves working closely with the project management team to implement products and solutions requiring advanced technical knowledge, such as Web Services, internal and external APIs, SMS products, and other product integrations, for both new and existing clients. Expert technical knowledge and a passion for client success are essential for this position.

  • Master the AMANDA platform, becoming the internal expert on its implementation.
  • Serve as an advisor to customers, guiding them in improving their online processes.
  • Define features, phases, and solution requirements for customer implementations.
  • Provide specifications for the definition, management, and delivery of solutions.
  • Advocate for and evangelize "best practice" approaches for client setups to ensure long-term success and value for Granicus clients.
