Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role providing technical services and consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment. They must be confident troubleshooting web and mobile software applications and possess exceptional communication skills to explain complex concepts simply. Experience with integrations like NetSuite, Quickbooks Online, and Microsoft, as well as card management, KYC processes, fraud, and global financial platforms, are considered a plus. A naturally curious mindset, a passion for customer advocacy, and high emotional intelligence are also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Customer Support Advocate will handle all inbound technical questions and best practices via chat, email, and video calls, ensuring an efficient user experience from problem to solution. They will act as a customer advocate by passing product feedback to product and engineering teams, identify, reproduce, and document bugs, and become an expert in Procurify’s features, functionality, and integrations. Responsibilities also include contributing to the knowledge base, handling escalations, acting as an expert on advanced technical issues, collaborating with the team to drive better user experience and operational efficiency, and taking on project work to improve user experience. Additionally, they will write and edit Knowledge Base articles.
