Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in banking and investment operations, trade support, or middle office, with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior Analyst role or equivalent. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is required, along with in-depth knowledge of the trade lifecycle, settlements, corporate actions, and market operations. Proficiency in industry tools like Bloomberg, SWIFT, DTCC, CTM, Finastra, and CLS is necessary, as is a strong understanding of regulatory requirements affecting investment operations. Flexibility to support NA shifts is also a requirement.
The Technical Coordinator will act as a subject matter expert for trade, cash, forex, transitions, and settlements processes, supporting trade processing activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes. They will identify inefficiencies, propose automation solutions, leverage data analytics to reduce trade failures, and stay updated on market and regulatory developments. This role involves acting as a key point of contact for external partners, providing training to junior team members, assisting with internal controls, and developing documentation for new processes. The coordinator must be resilient under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
