The position is hybrid, based in Leicester with travel across the East Midlands as required, and requires at least 2 days in the Leicester office for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Strong candidates will have experience in programme delivery, volunteer coordination, participant and partner engagement, logistics, administration, and championing diversity and inclusion, with a foundation in technology to facilitate workshops for diverse groups.
