Responsibilities

  • Assigns tasks to RFP specialists, organizes work, sets short-term priorities, monitors activity, and ensures timely and accurate completion
  • Manages input into the performance management process and staffing decisions
  • Provides training to RFP partners
  • Oversees completion and/or coordinates RFP responses
  • Assists in qualifying RFPs based on the firm's product/service capabilities, account minimums, and legal guidelines
  • Oversees the development of RFPs, providing input or completing more technical or complex aspects
  • Completes larger, more complex RFPs requiring additional research, analysis, creativity, and judgment
  • Ensures RFP database materials are kept updated and coordinates customization for client presentations
  • Interacts ongoing with partners across Asset Servicing to obtain information on products/services for sales efforts or RFP research
  • Works on projects with the broader global RFP teams
