Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service, contact center, or similar experience. Responsibilities

The Task Logistics Advocate will improve conversions and reduce cancellations within European markets by increasing fulfillment rates through dedicated tools and intervening where tasks need assistance. They will follow standard operating procedures, take diligent notes, suggest improvements, efficiently address and solve user issues via live channels, meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy, manage time for relevant phone calls, build trust with stakeholders, and provide exceptional experiences to resolve queries appropriately the first time. They will also stay informed of SOPs and program changes.
