Operations Advocates will improve conversions and reduce cancellations across six European markets by increasing fulfillment rates through dedicated tools and intervening where tasks need assistance. They will follow comprehensive standard operating procedures after official training and onboarding. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, diligently taking notes, making suggestions for improvement, efficiently addressing and solving user issues via live channels while meeting KPIs for customer satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy, and managing time effectively for relevant phone calls. Building connection and trust with stakeholders, going above and beyond to provide exceptional experiences, and resolving queries appropriately on the first contact are key. Advocates must be organized, accountable, responsible, and stay informed of SOPs and program changes.
