Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout) is required, along with a strong organizational and multitasking ability with a high level of attention to detail. Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As Toku’s Talent Specialist, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent, leverage Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools, conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement, screen resumes, and partner closely with hiring managers. You will also support onboarding processes, assist in the administration of HR systems and benefits enrollment, maintain accurate employee records, support compliance with labor laws, and assist in the creation of HR policies and processes.
