Requirements

The candidate must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technology/reporting tools, exhibit exceptional detail orientation as well as interpersonal and organizational skills, and maintain high integrity when working with confidential information.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Intern will assess candidates and make recommendations for potential fit, communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, assist with administrative functions such as document creation and collection, research and create action plans for future recruitment efforts, and assist with other projects related to Talent Acquisition.
