The Software Sourcing Specialist will support the Vendor Management team by collecting, recording, and maintaining global software assets in the asset management tool. Responsibilities include analyzing and investigating software asset data, resolving invoice and payment issues with customers and suppliers, and confirming contract and order data. The role also involves performing audits and surveys for usage data, reviewing new vendors and their products, communicating product issues, researching purchase history, updating the contract tracker, maintaining the SAM database, obtaining price quotations, and tracking leased equipment or hardware purchases.
