A strong understanding of market trends and hiring best practices is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in mentoring junior recruiters is preferred.
The Talent Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of roles, partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop proactive sourcing strategies, provide strategic insights on market trends, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, track and analyze recruiting metrics, and mentor junior team members.
