Responsibilities

This Sr Recruiter will own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations, and will work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies. They will also mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team and continuously review, reflect, and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficient time utilization without sacrificing quality.
