The Talent Operations Manager should possess 4+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, or People Ops, preferably in the tech or high-growth environments. They must have proven experience managing ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse, and demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience building reports and visual dashboards. Furthermore, the candidate should be comfortable evaluating new tools, managing vendor relationships, and possess a deep understanding of recruiting workflows and the candidate lifecycle, along with a passion for operational excellence and team enablement.
As the Talent Operations Manager, responsibilities include owning and managing the ATS (Greenhouse), evaluating and implementing sourcing and recruiting tools, leading tool audits to improve efficiency, building and maintaining recruiting KPIs dashboards and reports, providing data-driven insights for QBRs and recruiting strategy sessions, standardizing processes across teams while enabling flexibility, training recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring compliance with global hiring policies and DEI guidelines, partnering with TA leadership on headcount planning and budget alignment, supporting employee referral programs and internal mobility processes, and acting as a thought partner on strategic initiatives.
