The Recruiter should have 5+ years of experience in technical and business (G&A) recruiting, experience managing many requisitions simultaneously with diverse skill sets, prior experience utilizing Greenhouse as an ATS, proficiency in sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean strings, a strong technical understanding of the current technology landscape, and a proven track record of establishing trust with hiring managers.
As the recruiting partner, the Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles and position profiles, manage full-cycle recruitment including researching, sourcing, scheduling, screening, and closing for multiple roles and teams, manage hiring manager expectations and develop interviewing processes, consistently measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process, provide an overall great candidate experience, maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates, utilize data to inform decisions and partner with hiring managers on strategy, and be a team player working cross-functionally with various departments to meet diverse requirements.
