Requirements

Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup environment, and experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system and Google Suite. Strong time management and prioritization skills, along with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management abilities are required.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Operations Associate, you will schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones, manage recruiting pipelines, maintain timely communication with candidates, build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers, document and implement recruiting processes, deliver stellar candidate experience, pull and build reports to track hiring cycle metrics, maintain data integrity in Greenhouse, and support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives across the Talent Team.
