Candidates should possess experience in Recruiting, HR, or a demanding administrative role with coordination of various stakeholders, and preferably have corporate experience within financial services, professional services, or similar industries. Knowledge of executive coaching is beneficial, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action is required.
As the Recruiting Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional candidates using ATS (Workable), LinkedIn, and job boards, liaising with internal teams to understand hiring needs and share insights, utilizing data and analytics to monitor hiring and develop strategies, and providing operational support to the Co-Founders, including calendar management and onboarding process coordination. Organizing events is a plus, and the role involves communicating new joiners and supporting the onboarding process.
