We aim to create the optimal platform for every employee to unlock their potential by providing accessible professional coaching via our app. We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Associate to grow our Coaching Community and attract top Executive Coaches globally. This role is crucial for connecting the Sama Coaching Team with other business areas. The ideal candidate is skilled at building relationships, passionate about engagement and empowerment, and contributes to positive global change.

Your Mission

As the Recruiting Associate, you will be instrumental in building the Sama team, including our Associate Coaches. This hands-on operational role involves coordinating recruiting efforts, sourcing qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Interest in organizing events is a plus, and knowledge of the executive coaching industry is beneficial. We are looking for a self-starter experienced in coordinating all aspects of a recruiting cycle within an entrepreneurial team. This role reports to the Co-Founder & Head Coach.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Exceptional Candidates:
    • Ongoing sourcing of highly qualified candidates for Associate Coach and internal roles.
    • Utilize ATS (Workable), LinkedIn, and job boards for candidate identification and tracking.
  • Liaising with Internal Teams:
    • Communicate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, share insights, and best practices.
    • Inform the Sama team of new joiners and support the onboarding process.
  • Data-Driven Growth:
    • Monitor hiring using data and analytics.
    • Proactively develop strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Operational Support:
    • Provide calendar and administrative support to the Co-Founders.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in Recruiting, HR, or a demanding administrative role requiring coordination of various stakeholders.
    • Corporate experience, preferably within financial services, professional services, or similar industries.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including external clients and vendors.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
    • Self-starter with an ownership mindset, capable of delivering high-quality output.
  • Beneficial:
    • Knowledge of the executive coaching industry.
