Requirements

Furthermore, candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to learn quickly, multi-task effectively, and use time efficiently while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Recruiter, the individual will manage high-volume recruitment of clinical providers, utilizing various sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to identify top talent. They will conduct screenings, coordinate hiring processes, and provide an excellent candidate experience, collaborating with the Associate Director of Clinical Recruiting and other stakeholders to adjust recruitment strategies. The role involves tracking and managing candidate pipelines using an ATS, ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and Parallel’s principles, assisting in offer negotiations and prehire processes, and tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and time in process step.
