Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in the People/HR space, with at least 2+ years in a Talent Management and/or Total Rewards leadership role, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience. They should demonstrate a high ownership mentality, agility, and exceptional project management skills, evidenced by a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in a rapidly evolving, high-bar environment.

Responsibilities

The Talent Management & Total Rewards Manager will lead the continuous development of Garner’s Performance and Compensation philosophy and processes, directly manage bi-annual performance reviews, promotions, and compensation planning cycles, develop employee and manager-facing tools and education around performance and compensation, including the equity incentive program, manage and evolve Garner’s job architecture and compensation programs, own the design and administration of healthcare benefits, ancillary benefits, 401k plan, and perks, operate as the “product manager” for People systems, tools, and operational workflows, drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency/automation, design and manage People Analytics dashboards, and partner on complex change management initiatives.
