Responsibilities include supporting the full recruitment cycle such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, maintaining the ATS (Lever), preparing offers, assisting in onboarding, organizing team events, contributing to HR/TA reporting, and implementing HR projects.
Candidates need a strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in tech, excellent organizational skills, strong written and oral communication, ability to build relationships, proactive mindset, and fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus). Experience with ATS systems is preferred.
