- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in the tech industry
- Experience with ATS systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong communication (written and oral)
- Natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in TA/HR

Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (Lever) with candidate information, recruitment activity, and interview notes
- Prepare all offer documentation
- Assist in onboarding new Malters and help create an exceptional employee experience
- Help with the organization of team events and local engagement initiatives
- Contribute to HR/TA reporting and analytics for the Benelux
- Assist in implementing company-wide HR/TA projects at the local level
