Requirements

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in the tech industry
  • Experience with ATS systems is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication (written and oral)
  • Natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in TA/HR
  • Vibrant person with a passion for fostering a productive and positive work environment
  • Fluent English and French, Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (Lever) with candidate information, recruitment activity, and interview notes
  • Prepare all offer documentation
  • Assist in onboarding new Malters and help create an exceptional employee experience
  • Help with the organization of team events and local engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to HR/TA reporting and analytics for the Benelux
  • Assist in implementing company-wide HR/TA projects at the local level
