What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in recruiting top talent across diverse roles and industries, with a focus on Engineering.
  • Experience hiring in Cyprus, Spain, Poland, and Ukraine is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (we use Ashby, but we’ll train you if it’s new to you).
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
